The Cash Discount program allows you to eliminate your credit card transaction fees and offer customers paying with cash a a discount. While we strongly recommended the cash discount program, we offer traditional processing as well and can set you up with whichever you feel is best for your business.

• A POS system is used for retail, restaurant, or service businesses that need sales tracking, inventory, and reporting in one place. 

There's a reason why they didn't mention it to you before. Most banks or national processors either don't offer this program, or are content with receiving the processing fees from you. In addition, they usually won't walk you through the reprogramming/equipment changes and will send you an automated support number to contact when you need help. This is a common question we get all the time! You simply tell them that the price they pay is the price if they pay with credit card & they will receive a discount if they pay with cash. It is more fair as you give the customer the choice between a better price or a more convenient payment option. Customers love using credit cards for the flexibility & reward points that they provide, which usually make up for the fee that they'd pay. Because of your quality products or services, most customers won't mind paying the small fee to support your business.

It depends, some equipment can be reprogrammed but in most situations, you will need to get new equipment. We will order brand new equipment for you and work with you to ensure you will get the most efficient setup for your current needs. We completely understand that some long term contracts are hard to get out of. In our experience, many can be cancelled for $300-$500. In most situations, the processing fees saved each month pays for the cancellation fee easily, leaving you with more money in your pocket at the end of the year.
